Wharekauhau Texel Lamb & Escarpment Pinot Pie. Matched with the very sexy 2008 Escarpment Pinot Noir – exceptionally silky drinking for a young pinot, with a texture that complements the lamb and enhances the depth of flavours.

The Art of Entertaining  - 12 noon and 2.30pm with a cooking demonstration from Hester Guy, Debbie Nott floral arrangments, Larry Mckenna matching Food and wine and Belinda Jackson suggesting Wine and Music matches. Seats are limited.

Sola Rosa is a funk and reggae band with beats that will have every age group dancing or at least tapping their toes on the grass.
