2009 Toast at Martinborough Vineyard and Burnt Spur

It's busy -  a relatively small area which most years gets pretty much everyone at Toast  through the gate.  Great entertainment and great food.

The top wine and food match for 2009 was:

Prawn and Chorizo Paella and our Rosé which is 100% Pinot Noir.  It’s a great match – the Rosé is off dry in style and has great texture and finesse - which complements the richness and spice of the Paella.

Two very hip Wellington bands – the Aviators and Harbour City Electric.  14 musicians in total to keep it going all day.
