It's busy -  a relatively small area which most years gets pretty much everyone at Toast  through the gate.  Great entertainment and great food.

Menu Examples for 2010 are:

  • Barbequed pork belly skewer with mango and bourbon glaze
  • Prawn martini and kim chi dressing
  • Paua and watercress fritter with crayfish mayonnaise
  • Spiced Moroccan lamb shoulder pie
  • Fresh Pacific oysters, lemon and cracked pepper
  • Pinot marinated strawberries topped with vanilla mascarpone and shaved macadamia nuts

2010 Entertainment:

This year sees the return of Nudge, one of the regions favourite cover bands. They will be performing all the best hits from Abba, ACDC, mo-town, The Beatles, The B-52s and lots more. Playing from 10am non-stop till 6pm. So put on your dancing shoes or simply sit back and relax to the grooves playing all day long.
