A sensory delight of fine wine, food and music Vynfields are the only organic winery at the event with two Martinborough restaurants; Café Medici and Brasserie One. Both Barry and Nick from the Warratahs live in the Wairarapa and complete the package of Martinborough wine, food and entertainment.
The Thai Lamb Salad with peanuts, crispy shallots and chilli lime dressing matched with Vynfields Classic Riesling . Medium sweet wine needed to cope with the chilli and gorgeous link of the lime and lemon flavours in the Riesling with kaffir lime and lemon flavours in the dish.

The Warratahs were at Vynfields early – the wonderful Warratahs were enthusing toast visitors to start dancing early, with their toe tapping music at their new Aylestone site.
