Thank you for joining Friends of Martinborough. The Friends programme has been established to offer our loyal customers and friends unique privileges in relation to the Toast Martinborough Wine, Food and Music Festival. Toast Martinborough 2012 is on Sunday 18 November.

How Membership Operates
Please keep your membership number safe, you will need it to purchase your festival tickets. Your membership will continue until to 31st December 2012. Memberships can be renewed annually at a www.toastmartinborough.co.nz. Memberships not renewed annually attract a new joining fee. Please remember to keep us up to date with any changes to your contact details, particularly your email address as this is how we keep in touch with you.

Tickets
Friends members can purchase up to 6 festival tickets during a two week preferential ticketing period. Tickets not sold during that period are then released for sale to the general public. Tickets are purchased from our authorized ticketing agency, Ticketek. Details of how and when to purchase your tickets will be sent to you nearer the time.

Travel Packages
As our principal sponsor Tranz Metro provide extra train services for the day of Toast Martinborough. We offer the available carriages exclusively to our Friends members. We also offer coach seats to help with the demand. You will receive advance warning of the date that travel bookings will be available from. Seats are sold strictly on a first in first served basis however we endeavor to accommodate all our members.

Newsletter
An e-newsletter is published to provide information about what’s new and exciting in the wine industry in Martinborough. Special offers and event information will be included, along with other interesting articles. We will be in touch regularly throughout the year but if you have questions at any stage please do not hesitate to contact us.
